π Yoga, art and meditations are proven tools for stress reduction and well being. These effective “tools” can balance out your emotions , nurture yourself (first before taking care of others or dealing with work) , create inner peace and let you feel a sense of grounding, worth, peace, happiness, purpose, and inner power.
π The inner journey will encourage you being playful in yoga practice (including breathworks and dance π) / art creating and being inspired by various artists, as well as playing with various art mediums (some of them can be collected from our daily lives- charcoal, flour etc.) to ground yourself and unleash your innate creativity in a safe space.
