These combination of ancient tools is utilized as non-verbal means to encourage you being more playful to reconnect with yourself ,to experience meditation in motion and allow your innate potentials/talents to unfold naturally. Ultimately, allow these non-verbal tools to unleash your innate abilities and bring you health as well as balance in your daily life and work spheres.

Sindi has a bachelor degree in Fine Arts and Art Education from National Hsinchu University of Education (now National Tsing Hua University) with 20 years’ teaching experience in art and specializes in using art therapy strategies to help children and adults. She is also a certified yoga therapist,Reiki Healer, translator, and certified yoga instructor for both kids and adults with yoga teaching experience for more than 10 years.
Sindi was inspired by her students when she served as a part-time Teacher-Counselor at a primary school and started to consolidate Yoga & Art as a tool to help her students. The Yoga & Art class combines gentle yoga, body-based movements, breathwork, art creating and meditations. She then started to teach Yoga & Art as courses in each semester since 2009. Since then, she has been teaching the classes/course for 11 years in Taiwan, eSwatini and South Africa (omartswow.com ).
Her traveling / volunteering experience (a backpacker, in-depth explorer in13 countries and volunteered in 4 countries) , yoga training, and learning in various courses/workshops (1.5 year theater training, chakra, Chinese Meridian, Inner Dancing, silent / dynamic meditations, Chinese Meridian, Hoʻoponopono, Yoga Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Reiki etc. ) have have broaden and transformed her life journey as well as enriched her teaching.

☯️Possess 500 (Taiwan) +120（RSA, continuing..） teaching hours in adults‘ Hatha Yoga.
☯️Possess 980 teaching hours in Kids’ Yoga and Kids’ Yoga & Art (Taiwan + Swaziland+ South Africa)；TV News interviewed.
☯️Possess 620 hours in Mandarin Chinese teaching for Immigrant Residents (adults) in Taiwan ( including 80 hours -for kids- in South Africa).
