I bow to you. 和朋友合辦的瑜伽僻靜營圓滿結束了，上課的學員們有不少瑜伽老師，資深瑜伽練習者，以及對身心靈領域有探索的各方精英…..很感恩也很開心，終於有機會”開玩“了（但是也很緊張….呵呵呵~）！上瑜伽美術靜心課時（預定3小時的課，竟變成近4小時-還好下一堂課是2小時後），同學們反應熱烈、敞開，整體的能量流動……俺只能一直感謝宇宙、大地母親，以及祖先的支持與護佑。俺很珍惜這機會，同時，也會繼續精進自己！加油！
