Teaching carries a profound sense of responsibility, one that I keenly feel every time I stand before my students or yogis. This responsibility also serves as a powerful motivation for me to be a lifelong learner.
Back in 2007, as a school art teacher, I enrolled in Kids’ Yoga Teacher Training with the goal of enhancing my teaching skills and discovering enjoyable methods to inspire my students. Little did I know that teaching children’s yoga would lead to a profound transformation in my own life, both physically and mentally. It was also during this time that my role as a volunteer teacher counselor led me to integrate kids’ yoga and art as courses since then.
In 2008, as I embarked on the journey of yoga teacher training with the goal of better understanding myself and cultivating discipline in my life as an artist, little did I know that it would ultimately pave the way for me to become a yoga instructor.
Finding a teacher who inspires my path in yoga and life is a true blessing. My learning journey has recently begun anew, and I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities the Universe has given. Thank you.
