Practicing meditation sounds difficult, especially to children. However, meditation doesn’t require you to sit in the Lotus pose; you can meditate while practicing yoga and drawing/painting as well.
Managing big emotions through yoga breathing, kids yoga, and sumi painting involves a holistic approach to emotional regulation for children.
Yoga breathing techniques teach kids to control their breath, release emotions, fostering a sense of calm and self-awareness.
Kids yoga combines physical movement with mindfulness, helping children release pent-up energy and develop emotional resilience.
Chinese painting, a traditional Chinese art form, encourages mindfulness and creativity, providing an outlet for self-expression.
Together, these practices empower children to understand and manage their emotions, promoting a sense of balance and emotional well-being.![]()
