At the YOGA. ECO ART. SPA workshop, we experienced various techniques including shamanic releasing, chakra yoga, a mini sound bath, nourishing food, soothing massages, and the creation of Eco Art, all aimed at harmonizing our body, mind, and surroundings.
Life encompasses both highs and lows, and knowing effective tools to navigate challenging situations and emotions is invaluable.
