Kids’ Yoga

There are benefits that children gain by participating in yoga that cannot be achieved through traditional physical education classes. Kids’ yoga encourages children to breathe carefully and slowly, which helps them stay calm when they’re feeling anxious or angry. By practicing Kids’ yoga poses, children can learn how to exercise, develop confidence, and concentrate better.

🙏 I’m humbled to have the chance to be these sweet angels’ Kids’ Yoga instructor.💗

💜All these started from my adults’ yoga classes that somehow attracted more children joining us. One evening, there were 5 angels gathered (by themselves) and all squeezed onto a small rectangle throw (1×1.5m) to practice yoga with us. That scene/ experience really brought a smile on my face from the bottom of my heart.

🌟 It’s time to start teaching the Kids’ Yoga classes, in the meantime, it’s also a good timing to let the parents know/understand what is Kids’ Yoga , the process in Kids’ Yoga classes and why it’s important to let children knowing themselves /others and learning through playing (play).Hopefully one day, the art part will be combined in the Kids’ Yoga classes.😊💗
