🧘‍♀️🌈🎨 OM ARTS offers you a safe space to practice yoga, create artworks, reduce stress and to try various meditations. These combination of ancient tools is utilized as non-verbal means to encourage you being more playful to reconnect with yourself ,to experience meditation in motion and allow your innate potentials/talents to unfold naturally. Ultimately, allow these non-verbal tools to unleash your innate abilities and bring you health as well as balance in your daily life and work spheres.

Sindi has a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Art Education from the National Hsinchu University of Education (now National Tsing Hua University) with 20 years of teaching experience in art and specializes in using integrative approaches – such as Art As Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Meridian system, and Ho’oponopono strategies – to help children and adults. She is also a certified yoga therapist, Reiki Master, translator, oracle card reader, and certified yoga instructor for both kids and adults with yoga teaching experience for more than 10 years.

Sindi was inspired by her students when she served as a part-time volunteer Teacher-Counselor at a primary school and started to consolidate Yoga & Art as tools to help her students. The Yoga & Art class integrates gentle yoga, body-based movements, breathwork, art creating, and meditations. She then started to teach Yoga & Art as courses each semester since 2009. Since then, she has been teaching kids’/adults’ yoga and Yoga & Art classes/courses for 13 years in Taiwan, Eswatini, and South Africa ( https://youtu.be/uX0V6ZmVLMs ; omartswow.com ).

Her traveling/volunteering experience (including teaching at the Surabaya Taipei International School in Indonesia for 1 year, volunteering at ACC – an orphanage centre -in Eswatini for almost a year; a backpacker, in-depth explorer in 13 countries as well as volunteering in Nepal, India, South Africa and Taiwan) , yoga training, and learning in various courses/workshops have broadened and transformed her life journey as well as enriched her teaching to integrate more approaches to heal herself and others..

☯️Possess 20 years art teaching experience ; 15 years primary school teaching experience.
☯️Possess 500 (Taiwan) ,200+（RSA） teaching hours in adults‘ Hatha Yoga.
☯️Possess 1040+ teaching hours in Kids’ Yoga and Kids’ Yoga & Art (Taiwan + Swaziland+ South Africa)；TV News interviewed.
☯️Possess 620 hours in Mandarin Chinese teaching for Immigrant Residents (adults) in Taiwan ( including 80 hours -for kids- in South Africa).
