Counting my blessings! I’m grateful.

What will you do when you feel down, so worried and your heart is so sore without words can describe?

I’m blessed to know several tools to release and calm my emotions, to switch my nervous system as well as to balance myself and rise up again while having a slump in life.

The tools I used this time were distant Reiki, Andean traditions, breathwork, Qigong, painting and caligraphy (handwriting the Heart of the Prajna-Paramita Sutra).
