My Octopus Teacher

πŸ™”What she taught me was to feel… that you’re part of this place, not a visitor. That’s a huge difference.” – Craig Foster (My Octopus Teacher).

πŸ™The wild life / nature really can teach us a lot,if we are willing to be quiet & listen/feel. For me, it’s plants which I take care at home and relocating SA teach me a lot. .

πŸ™Besides these inspiring parts of the documentary, do you know an octopus actually has 3 hearts and 8 tentacles where attached around 2000 suckers (just imagine we have 2000 fingersπŸ˜…). .

πŸ™The 2000 octopus suckers have chemoreceptors that allow an octopus to taste what she/he is touching.

🧐 Mmmm…….Just look at how the octopus holding Craig around his chest (another proof of how powerful the heart is 😊 ) before she knew her life was coming to an end soon (you know what happened that night after the octopus gave Craig a hug)…… No wonder, a spiritual teacher would say it’s a cross-species love story. πŸ˜†
