With the greatest support of the fellow yogis, we had accomplished the hardcore master cleanse weekend & had great release physically & mentally.๐Ÿ™ I also nailed the 15-minutes presentation of my case study report (with speedy heartbeats ๐Ÿ™ˆ)๐Ÿ™. Most importantly we all graduated from the 9-month Yoga Therapy training during the pandemic and recieved our diplomas. ๐Ÿ™

๐Ÿฆ‹Receiving the diploma is actually just opening another door for more learning towards human body, mind and consciousness. I humbly bow towards the Mother Earth, the Creator, and the Universe. ๐Ÿ™
