🌻 Mindfulness is the quality of our awareness. Sometimes, we are just not aware of what we are doing, feeling, sensing, or even saying. When we practice yoga (means yoke in Sanskrit), mindfulness, or mindful doodling (art creating) we bring a greater chance to bridge our brain and body and we also bring a greater awareness to these qualities of being.
