【夢.愛.雨】
幾年前在學習脈輪舞蹈和內在舞蹈時，我的手臂、手掌、手指就是很僵硬，跳不出那種自在流動的感覺。後來，老師才說其實我們的手臂和手是跟心輪連結著。我聽了，嘴角泛起微笑，因為那時候我知道自己的心輪塞得很慘。
昨晚做了個很真實的怪夢，結果今天在紙上玩墨點，正看著畫思考是否還要繼續玩時，才驚覺畫面竟出現了昨晚夢中的某個場景。嗯！完全沒料到，只能說很神奇！

While learning the Chakra and Inner Dance many years ago, I noticed the movement of my arms and hands were not smooth. I could feel they were quite stiff and heavy. Later, the teacher told us ” Arms are the wings of the heart. Your arms & hands are actually connected to your Heart Chakra, Anahata.” I smiled because I knew my Heart Chakra was blocked quite severely at that time. However, I never knew they were related to Anahata.
Last night, I had a weird and vivid dream.Surprisingly,one scene in my dream appeared while I dripping and walking the “ink dots” on the paper. I didn’t plan or expect that to happen. Amazing ,magical & healing too! 😇
