Heart Chakra ( Anahata)

The heart chakra,the wellspring of love,warmth, compassion and joy, is located in the center of the chest and includes the heart, cardiac plexus, thymus gland, lungs, and breasts. It also rules the lymphatic system. This is the area where physical and spiritual meet,thus it’s one of the most important meditation “tools” for cleansing and clearing spiritual imbalances. 

Themes that relate to the heart chakra: offering and receiving love with ease; trust; cultivating compassion; allowing for happiness and unalloyed joy; releasing the fear of getting hurt; letting go of old heartache; and cultivating humility. Choose the themes from above or just simply choose the affirmations below. As long as your intention feels true for you it has value. 

*Affirmations:
“Love is the answer to everything in life, and I give and receive love effortlessly and  unconditionally”
“ I deeply, and completely love and accept myself”
“ I am open to love”
“ I am wanted and loved”
“ I forgive myself”
“ I live in balance; in a state of grace and gratefulness”

*When Heart Chakra is open-
We are flowing with love and compassion, we are quick to forgive, and we accept others and ourselves. 


*When Heart Chakra is blocked-
The heart chakra directly affects the heart, lungs, chest, arms, and hands. When misaligned, poor circulation, high or low blood pressure, and other heart and lung conditions can result.
Mentally, an imbalanced heart chakra can result in problematic issues, such as co-dependence, manipulative behaviors, feeling of unworthiness, and an inability to trust yourself or others.

*Empathy and compassion create openness.Change your perspective, essentially shifting your frame of mind from dislike one to one that is full of gratitude.
By being grateful for the things that we have( how our life are), and the people that we share life with, thus the healing process begin. Along the way, we will start to realize that there are so many good and positive things about ourselves that we need to recognize, and when we do, we will start to love ourselves again.

*Give Love to Receive Love- The Ho’oponopono practice.
Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian prayer used for healing, transformation and increased inner-peace and self-love. It’s a simple yet powerful way to bring healing and forgiveness into our life stream.It is also a powerful way to heal the relationship we have with ourselves/others,and to clear the energy of past hurts and traumas.
The mantra of Ho’oponopono is : “I am sorry. Please forgive me.I love you.Thank you”,or just simply say “I love you.Thank you”.
The mantra is a way of clearing energy for the person saying the prayer. No matter who was involved or what happened,  this will remove the associated energies (or karma) on our end subconsciously. 

*Asanas-
Heart opening yoga poses( or asanas), typically involve the chest and shoulder area, as well as arching postures,such as Cobra (Bhujangasana), Cow Face(Gomukhasana), Upward Facing Dog (Urdvha Mukha Svanasana),Cat (Marjaryasana), Camel (Ustrasana), Bridge(Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), high lunge with shoulder opener, Fish (Matsyasana) etc.

*Crystals for the Heart Chakra-
Rose Quartz, Jade, Green Aventurine, Emerald, Green Tourmaline, Malachite, Rhodochrosite, Chrysoprase

*Reflection on drawing Heart Chakra-
I feel love from the mother nature.
Green leaves,trees outside of the door are shining.
My heart is rooted all the way down through my feet to connect with mother nature.
The green green tree ,full of love, grows vigorously ……
into the sky…….,into the universe……,into one.
